I wear size 75C or 80B, but wearing size L fits perfectly with the outermost buckle. Lately, I've been wearing seamless bras without buckles, which makes my chest spread outwards and the shape not hold well, but it's comfortable. I've been looking for something that's seamless but still holds the shape because of the feeling of it sagging over time. And it's so tight that it doesn't slip off easily; I'll have to wear it all day to see, but for now, the shoulder straps don't slip off either. Overall, I am satisfied. The only downside is that I prefer a type that covers the lower part of the chest like a sports bra, but this one has a shallow bottom. I plan to wash it, try it on more, and then repurchase.
